The Lakeside Get-A-Way is walking distance from the main boardwalk on Weirs Beach. Upon arrival, you will receive restaurant discount coupons and a parking permit. Once you are settled, you and your family can walk to Arcades, Restaurants, Mini-Golf, Water Slides, Stores, Shops and an Ice Cream Stand. For Swimming you are a short walk to Weirs Beach, or a shorter walk to a small semi-private Beach at the end of Baker St.
In the evening, there are live bands and clubs a short walk away. Weekly Fireworks at Weirs Beach can be seen from our beach or from the main Boardwalk. For the winter we have Ski-n-Stay discounts with Gunstock Recreational Center.
The Lakeside Get-A-Way has been operating for over 50 years. The building was built around the turn of the century. Located in the original village of Weirs Beach,
surrounded by quaint cottages. Most people have been coming since they were small children.
Since our purchase we have undergone tremendous renovations to restore it’s charm and purpose. Each year we add new features and enhancements to this unique historic building.
