The Sutton House is a warm and personal bed and breakfast where guests can relax and BBQ in our garden patio area, roast a hot dog or marshmallows at our fire ring, swim and sip lemonade in our pool or take in the view of Lake Winnipesaukee from the front porch rocking chairs. Morning coffee is available from 7:00 a.m. followed by a delicious, full hot breakfast made from farm fresh ingredients with lots of fresh fruit, baked goods and only the best sweet Italian sausages and maple cured ham.

Tranquil hikes and nature trails are open year round in nearby Center Harbor Woods, Chamberlin Preserve, Proctor Preserve and the Loon Center. We are almost an island ourselves by being surrounded by Lake Winnipesaukee, Squam Lake, Lake Winona, Lake Kanasatka, and Lake Waukewan.
