A Recent Tripadvisor Review.” We just returned from a 3 night stay at the Anchor In Hotel and found it charming, well appointed, clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff was warm, helpful and knowledgeable. Our room (#130) was large, with two queen beds, a pull out sofa, an upholstered chair with ottoman, and an elegant dining table with 4 chairs. The bath was new, with probably the largest shower we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. It was our first visit to Cape Cod during the winter, and we were greeted by a blizzard on the eve of day 1 into day 2. However, our hosts were very helpful in finding a restaurant that opened once the storm had passed, so we could go to dinner. The continental breakfast was wonderful each morning, and the library, where it was served, was open until 11PM offering hot beverages, a warm fire, large screen tv, assorted books, comfy furniture, board games and a lovely view of the bay. We would stay there again in a heartbeat !”
